Directions:

Adults: Take one or two tablets daily, dissolved in a glass of water.

Precautions & Contraindications:                                   

Contains saccharin. This preparation contains 287.4 mg (12.5 mmol) per level of sodim which should be taken into accunt by thoe on a low sodium diet.  The maxium recommended level of two tablets daily cojtains 574.8 mg of Sodium. Each tablet contains caffeine 4 mg from Guarana. This may cause wakefulness if taken in the evening. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary Vitamin intake is inadequate.
